Eligibility for Returns

You can return your T-shirt if:

• It’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• You initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item is not a final sale item (these are marked on the product page).

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

• Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Received a defective or incorrect T-shirt?

• Email us at support@Eternritcom with your order number and a photo of the issue.
• We’ll replace the item or issue a refund, including shipping costs.
